Professional Staff

Chief Executive Director: Deborah Spencer, SW, LCSW

• Deborah came to Chestor House Inc. with many years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Utah and her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University.

 

Assistant Executive Director: Christine Bindi, RN BS 

• Christine has been with CH since 2007 – hired as a nurse and recently promoted to her current position.  She received her RN at Salisbury State University.  She has worked as a nurse for infants to geriatrics and in hospitals to homes.  Her experience with special needs individuals began when she had a special needs son of her own.

 

Financial/Office Manager: Curt Addison, BBA, MBA

• With an extensive background in finance, Curt joined Chestor House in 2009. Prior to Chestor House, Curt was a CFO for Nacore International, a not-for-profit professional association in Florida and has many years of financial and administrative experience.
