Phil Barton
Phil joined the Chestor House board in 2011. He brings over 30 years of experience in the business world. A Colorado native,his entire career has been spent mentoring, coaching and helping others reach their full potential. Phil helps business owners fulfill their goals as a business coach in Boulder County. He also currently serves as the President of the Louisville Library Foundation, a board member of Workforce Boulder County, and a board member (and past President) of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce.
Geri Chestor
- Geri Chestor and her family have been strong advocates for people with developmental disabilities. Geri was a member of Autism Society of America and helped pass important legislation in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Chestor House supported living residence was opened by the Autism Society of America and named in honor of the Chestor family. Her family has been involved with CH since its beginning and her son is a participant in the Chestor House program.
Loren Kennedy
- Loren Kennedy has been on the board since 2009. He has experience in the financial securities industry, corporate finance and is now a partner. He contributes his work experience and education in economics and finance. He worked in the financial securities industry, worked in corporate finance, and is now a partner in the Longmont based business valuation firm, Valuation Strategies, Ltd. He has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Gerry R. Phillips
- Gerry helped found CH in 1982 and has held many positions on the CH board since 1983. He actively promotes and is on many boards for the development of services for autistic individuals. Gerry is now retired from a career in corporate finance and taxation. He graduated from CU Boulder with a BS in Business and an MBA. Gerry is the father of an autistic son who receives services from Chestor House.
Jeff Ilseman
- Jeff and his family moved to Longmont in 1999. He has been a community volunteer, served on Longmont's On-Demand Transit Task Force (helping coordinate transportation for adults who cannot drive), and has served on other boards in Boulder County. Jeff received his BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and his MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He is the father of an autistic adult.
Cathy Zink
- Cathy Zink has been a board member since 2005. As an experienced motivator, Cathy helps companies move their teams from where they are to where they need to be. She recently completed the Center for Creative Leadership training program, has a degree in Accounting and Computer Systems and an MBA in finance.
